Community Coalition Against Uranium Mining

Dear Mr. Kittle,
After review by our Board of Directors, the MLA executive has voted unanimously to support the moratorium on Uranium mining proposed by Community Coalition Against Uranium Mining. Although we perceive the basic problem to be the Ontario Mining Act, we endorse this initiative as a very worthwhile and urgent first step in protecting our watershed.
You are to be commended for your action in this regard and the MLA offers its support to whatever efforts you deem necessary to bring the matter to the attention of the Provincial Government.
